HOW TO REGISTER

To register for the 2015 CJP Convention complete the online form below. IMPORTANT: When paying by credit card, please ensure the address on the final checkout page matches the information your credit card company has on file. Note that this info is not copied into your CJP online profile!

You will receive an email from the system confirming your registration and from our credit card company (or PayPal) confirming payment. You will also be able to print out an invoice for your files (the link will be in your registration email or you can return to this page and click on "Download Invoice").

You cannot make a reservation at the host hotel (The Broadmoor), until you have registered and paid your CJP registration fee. You will receive an email confirming your registration. The email will also include your hotel reservation code. You will not be able to make a reservation without that code. (Please note, a limit of two (2) rooms per convention registration.)

Updating Your Reservation? If you have already registered for the convention, and want to add a tour or book a Companions flying slot, update the form below and click on "Update Registration.” Your selection(s) will be added to your registration. Payment can be made via PayPal or Credit Card.

CJP CANCELLATION POLICY

Regular registrations that are cancelled prior to thirty days (30) from the event date (on or before August 9, 2015) will be fully refunded. Cancellations thirty days (30) or less (on or after August 10, 2015) are non-refundable. All Early Bird registrations are non-refundable.
