2016 CJP Convention - New Orleans, LA

REGISTRATION for the 2016 CJP Convention is now OPEN!! This years convention will take place from Wednesday, October 19th -Sunday, October 23rd, 2016.

THE host hotel this year will be the Roosevelt Waldorf Astoria located at 130 Roosevelt Way, New Orleans, LA 70112, phone 504-648-1200. Experience luxurious Southern hospitality at the historical Roosevelt New Orleans Waldorf Astoria. A landmark hotel that is a short walk to the French Quarter, close to New Orleans nightlife, dining and culture, providing an elegant sanctuary in a vibrant Mardi Gras town. You CANNOT make your hotel reservation until you have registered for convention. Once you are registered we will forward your name to the hotel so when you call for your reservation it will be accepted.

THE host FBO this year will be Flightline First located at New Orleans Lakefront Airport (KNEW).

THE 2016 CJP Convention is the event that will bring together over 100 CJP owners to learn how to operate your aircraft more safely, professionally, efficiently and economically.

PLEASE click below for CJP Member Registration: Event Registration is $1,695.00 per person and you must be registered and paid to attend any portion of the event. All attendees must be registered and paid. You will receive an email from the system confirming your registration and from our credit card company confirming your payment.

Pre-Registrants: Members who “Pre-Registered” for the event should NOT register again on the link above. We will enter the registration information we gathered from your phone call registration process and you will receive a separate email with a registration form that you must fill out and return to complete your registration information for the event. Member Registration Online Registration will be open through Saturday, October 15, 2016.

PLEASE click below for CJP Vendor Registration: Event Registration for 1 representative and 1 booth is $1,995.00 and you must be registered and paid to attend any portion of the event. Additional representatives are $1,695.00 per person and you must be registered and paid to attend any portion of the event. Each booth will be 10’ wide by 8’ deep, carpeted and have 1 - 6’ skirted table, 2 chairs, wastebasket and small sign. You will receive an email from the system confirming your registration and from our credit card company confirming your payment. Vendor Registration Online Registration will be open through Saturday, October 15, 2016.

CJP PARTNERS: Please do not register on the on line registration. We will be contacting you separately for your registration as your booth space is included with your CJP Partnerships.

CJP CANCELLATION POLICY:

Registration made on the CJP website prior to thirty days (30) from the event date (on or before September 20, 2016) will be fully refunded. Cancellations thirty days (30) or less (on or after September 21, 2016) are non- refundable. Those members who Pre-Registered for the event are Non-Refundable.
