Friday evening, members gathered for the CJP Dinner and Auction to support the CJP Safety & Education Foundation. Returning for his third year in a row (and essentially adopted as an honorary CJP member) auctioneer and entertainer Harry Santa-Olalla rallied the crowd with his usual flair.

Through both the live and silent auctions, bidders contributed more than $670,000 to support CJP’s safety programs and initiatives. Thanks to all who opened their checkbooks to support a very worthy cause!
And, of course, thanks to all the CJP Partners and members who donated experiences ranging from exotic travel destinations to distinctive flight training opportunities like flying faster than the speed of sound with a NASA astronaut… Or, a bit slower in a Citation with another NASA astronaut!
This year, CJP members also had the opportunity to bid on two works of art by nationally acclaimed speed painter Evan Struck. In addition to a Citation painting that Struck completed just minutes before the start of the auction, he proceeded to finish another painting in just 15 minutes, live on stage.

A special mention goes out to CJP Patron partner CST Flight Services, which donated its services for a five-night trip to one of five Vindata resort locations throughout Mexico. That slide was inadvertently left out of the rotation, but CJP absolutely appreciates CST’s contribution and all the benefits they provide to our members!
