It has been a very busy few months since the last update. We held a wonderful Owner-Member Dinner in June. The venue was incredible – we dined literally under the belly of the M-21 (a special SR-71 variant, shown below) with the D-21 drone on its back at the Museum of Flight at Boeing Field in Seattle. We were also treated to a talk by world aircraft speed record holder (in an SR-71), Maj. Gen (Ret), “Al” Joersz! Thanks to our CJP members, Steven Elop, Antoine Leblond and Peter Nisbet for hosting and to JetAviva for hosting the drinks for the evening.
In July, CJP hosted our annual Owner-Member Dinner at Oshkosh during EAA’s AirVenture. It was great to see the 70+ members enjoying some great BBQ to start out the week! Many thanks to Tamarack Aerospace Group for sponsoring the drinks for the evening’s event. We look forward to seeing many more members there next year!
