Textron Aviation recently celebrated its 15th year at Arizona’s Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport (AZA), where its Mesa Service Center offers a full range of maintenance and modifications services for Cessna, Beechcraft and Hawker aircraft across the southwestern U.S.

“We are incredibly proud of what our team has accomplished in Mesa,” said Michael Merlie, general manager of the facility. “Customers can rely on excellent and timely services and expert maintenance and modification work from our team at the Mesa Service Center, and we look forward to supporting them for years to come.”
The Textron Aviation Mesa Service Center was launched by employees from several different Textron Aviation service facilities around the United States, with more than 65 percent of its original workforce relocated from the former Cessna Long Beach service center. The 65,000 square-foot service facility also supports five Mobile Service Unit (MSU) locations in southern California, Las Vegas and Salt Lake City.
The company adds Mesa continues to be a hub for general and business aviation, with multiple A&P schools and flight schools and other OEM operations in the region.
